I always have some free cash, not that i'm dying to put it to work in this market, but would like to own more unph long term. Over the next 6 months i see nothing stopping the stock from getting a 40% to 60% haircut if we have an ugly market.

Actually, dilution is much less:
"After the offering, outstanding common will total 161,207,666 shares."

Stock rebounding now (only down 4), much like QCOM yesterday. Smith Barney upped to strong buy this morning (and they have nothing to do with the secondary, so somewhat more reliable...).
