However, I still want to know how ISLD compares with Exodus operations/network. Does Exodus use their own proprietary technology/network? How many data centers do they have, etc? (ISLD has 4 with a 5th planned for Hong Kong.) It seems that ISLD is trying to differentiate themselves from the crowd in this space with their "Intelligent Network" which I think is leased, but uses their own proprietary technology. But to tell you the truth, I'm not completely sure that it is all leased. It was hard to ascertain from what I read. It may be that the link between the data centers is owned, but other portions are leased. I do know they did the design of the network.

I am not technical, but I can see the tremendous $ benefit of a global communication between businesses moving more quickly, efficiently and safely on a "QoS network" rather than the "best effort" public internet.

Still need to understand how is ISLD different from other business- to-business networks out there. Are they just comparable? Can they catch up and compete with Exodus? Or are they simply an also-ran? I know little to nothing about Exodus except that they are considered the blue chip and the business of choice in this environment and enjoying a huge market cap.

Interested in any opinions on this!
