Cgraham: I left Schwab after 10 years....because they haven't figured out how to handle the load that comes with going online....and their customer service now stinks. I still have an account with them but only for quotes and research....... in fact, I just hung up in utter frustration while speaking with someone regarding the MP3 IPO and trying to get shares, seems as though they now have some sort of flag on my account. They are terrible now, through and through: commissions, service, system up-time, etc. J
