Good Morning All, As some of you know, I have been in touch with Sam Rubin, the CFO of Creative Gourmet, Inc. The reason for my contact was the concern by myself and a few other individuals regarding some of the activities conducted by IR at the company. Over the past three weeks or so, we have been told that "big buying" would be coming into CRGI any day. It has been strongly suggested to us to "buy more shares". Now, usually when IR is pushing shareholders to buy more, this means: "buy more to support the price as I sell." Also, continually stating that "big buying" is coming in means: no buying is coming in... "I want you to think there is buying coming in so that you buy more and support the price as I sell." This is what prompted me to call Sam (the CFO) and explain my concerns to him. I have no problem with the company, just some concerns with IR methods. Sam explained that their IR individual is very enthusiastic and he would get him to tone it down some. But, it is true that investment clubs and brokers coming in to buy stock. It will take some time for this to happen but will. This according to Sam, whom I trust. No one functioning in IR has EVER been paid any stock. CRGI stock that IR/PR firms hold was purchased with their own funds. CRGI has no stock for sale, or to give away. All 6M shares are held by insiders or is on the market. There are no intentions of issuing more stock. No need to. The company is in good shape financially. At this time, An individual from IR is in NY pitching the company to brokers. He says (I talked with him yesterday afternoon) he has received a favorable response from a number of brokers. At this point, after talking with IR (and Sam), I do honestly believe they have shareholders best interests at heart. IR is very enthusiastic about the company and where it is going as well as the stock price. The increase in stock price is really up to the continued progress of the company and the efforts by the company and IR to promote the Co. and the stock. I believe they are headed in the right direction. My opinion. Tom
