Yes,, but I think that was already baked in. There would be a refusal, an argument, a negotiation and a settlement to give everyone a little something to make them happy. Certainly not enough for a 2 point sell off.> When I heard it was held, I couldn't believe it. Probably still a good buy under 3/4. Good luck all...can't find anything else cheap enough to buy except FGI which I don't even want to talk about!
