MSGI July 14, 1999, Marketing Services Group Inc. (Nasdaq:MSGI - news) reported that it signed a binding agreement to acquire Atlanta-based Grizzard Communications Group, a vertically integrated network of marketing communications companies, including Grizzard Advertising, TABS Direct and Brand Imagination. The transaction is valued at $100 million. Grizzard Communications generated $65 million in revenues in 1998 and $14.5 million in adjusted EBITDA and is expected to be accretive to MSGI earnings.
