I just checked a brochure I have on EXDS, I was wrong, they have 8 data centers: SF, Seattle, LA, Chicago, Boston, DC, NYC, and London.

Later,
David

David what are your thoughts on INIT vs. EXDS, ABOV and ISLD? Looks like INIT and ISLD could both be big winners in this space. I like the backing of Softbank in INIT too.

INIT has strategic alliances with IBM, Microsoft, and
UUNet.

David,

Thanks for your post. The "Intelligent Network" I refer to is just the term ISLD uses in their website to describe their Network using their proprietary technology (probably trademarked.) In your post, you mentioned Exodus and ISLD both "OWN" their respective networks versus lease. I am pretty certain ISLD leases at least a portion of their network (source: Website) and have no idea re: Exodus. Could you elaborate on that at all? I think this issue may be significant.

From memory, I think ISLD has data centers in London, Silicon Valley, New York, Hawaii, and soon Hong Kong. I'm not completely certain that more is better "if" in fact ISLD proprietary Technology streamlines info faster through the network. From reading the website, I get the impression this is what they would like their customers/prospects/investors to think. I would really like to hear an engineer's opinion on their "proprietary technology." It does sound compelling to me, but what do I know??? I agree from the surface, ISLD market valuation seems way low, which makes me wonder what I'm missing?
