You are right, Dalin - the market is skittish. But NITE has a weakness all its own. Just look at AMTD. They just got a horrible report by an analyst, who projects losses, share dilution and generally gloom and doom. Well, AMTD is down, but NITE managed to sink even faster on good news. I don't get it, but for whatever reason, NITE is very weak.

Plus, as far as "responding to good news" - nets are beginnig to do so - yesterday AMZN responded to good news (such as it was!), and it is carrying till today. Also look at INTC - the news was mixed, but an optimistic slant on the second half of the year, and INTC is up! But NITE is responding to nothing, but going down.
