Maybe, maybe not... I talked to Capitol Bay again and the trader I got on the phone said that they planned another courtesy call to NASD soon (as in today) to see what it is up. He also theorized that this is probably mostly due to several things, including the fact that NASD is short staffed to begin with and, like everyone else, in the middle of vacation season. That, coupled with the usual bureaucratic red-tape and the fact that this one is coming out under the new rules, adds up to potential for delays. Nothing to be concerned about, it's just the way it goes.
