You hit it on the head: Why didn't CT just say nothing...It seems as though the only people thinking the stock will not advance significantly are investrors (judging by the share price)...

I'll never understand why these guys don't just come out and say, "I really don't have a clue where ATY is going the next 12 months.

Exactly!! Its gotta make you wonder sometimes. These guys are supposed to be professionals. Many times I see brokerage houses completely miss the mark. I once held a stock called Gold Reserve. RDS Dominion Securities had a BUY recommendation and a 12 month target of $26.00. I was in at $18/share. As the Bre-X saga unfolded, and gold dropped in price, they maintained their BUY, but kept reducing their target. They never ever came out and said SELL. The stock is at about $2.00 today. I completely lost my faith in their research dept. after that.
