Eddie, No, but I've invested in them for years (Quality Semi, Intel, Applied, etc.). I agree about Neo's problems with capacity and 3D. However, capacity will be fixed by beginning of 4th quarter with addition of Infineon. If Neo can get their design problems worked out with their 3D chip, then they may be able to get analysts to upgrade based on future outlook. Hopefully, Neo will break from tradition and announce that the product is ready before design win (or product shipment). This would be a good PR move in order to bring some excitement and anticipation back to the stock.
