2. How do I make the email change? I printed the Account Instruction Form from WITC and plan on faxing it. Is this the right approach?? That's what you're supposed to do. Didn't work for me, though -- worked out well, since it turned out that my old address started working again (they had gotten hit by lightning and were down for 12 hours or so.)
