At any rate.......................................................

It provided a buying opportunity, but it did show lack of responsibility by by the Client and the Broker as those sort of "market gyrations" tend to erode "investor confidence", especially terrifying for the "fainthearted", and new investors on the "block"

The Broker obviously chose to ignore the know your client rule!

"BULLY"!

On April 9 of last year, Medinah announced an agreement to spend $24,000,000 purchasing a whole mess of placer and hard rock properties. I can't find a PR where they announced the deal actually closed.

Anybody have a pointer to such a release? I found the one where they closed on the $10M deal with Senor Quijano, though that doesn't seem to match up exactly with the announcement of the accepted $10M offer (wrong number of claims etc) in April '98.
