Each Redeemable Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of Common Stock
at a price of $6.00 per share, subject to adjustment, at any time from issuance until
November 13, 2001 and is redeemable by the Company, with the prior written consent
of the Underwriter, at a redemption price of five cents ($.05) commencing November
13, 1997 on thirty (30) days' prior written notice, provided that the average closing bid
price of the Common Stock equals or exceeds $9.00, subject to adjustment, for any
twenty trading days within a period of thirty consecutive trading days ending on the fifth
trading day immediately prior to the notice of redemption.

Mac, On NAMCW, the warrants don't expire for another 2 years and can be exercised at $6. I think they are one heck of a value.

Right now you are betting the stock will be over $7.40 within the next two years. I believe it will be significantly higher than that within the next two weeks. This stock has incredible strength. Even after the last three runups, the stock is not suffering a material decline. Whenever it dips, buying comes in.

Only 1.4 million warrants exist, the float is much smaller.

The common has only 3.3 million outstanding and only 2 million in the float.

I am still buying NAMCW.
