The company distributes pharmaceuticals, self-care products, and educational materials to women in midlife through a mail-order catalog and via Internet retailer As We Change (aswechange.com). Pharmaceuticals include Ortho-Est, an estrogen replacement drug offered through an agreement with Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Ortho-McNeil, and Provochol, a cholesterol reducer licensed for distribution from Bristol-Myers Squibb. Self-care products include skin moisturizers, nutritional supplements, and personal lubricants. Chairman Edward Calesa owns more than 30% of the company; Johnson & Johnson owns about 11%.

ITGR......watch today's last hour..check out last night...10 trades of 1000+ in last few minutes....WHY???..especially for a stock that has like no volume...MARKET leader..profitable...small float....hmmmm
