Rose, reasons and meanings for low volume
if this level holds, then improved volume will cause launch

the dumb: sold after this run, esp after news of 2ndary issue
the invested: sit back and enjoy the ride
the uninvested: watch and perhaps jump onboard when it moves
the daytraders: jump onboard when it makes new highs
the ignorant: watching and not believing each rise higher
the analysts: watching and waiting
the hawks: trying to scrounge up information on earnings, events like Siemens jvdeal and Sony plant buyout

a low pressure zone prior to a storm
just a sharecropper's opinion
who is Kramer? isnt he on Seinfeld?

Rose--rising price on low volume is, according to TA friends, a most bullish signal. I'm tapped out, but if I could, I would.
