The report needs to be fleshed out but shows income is pretty good for Insider Trading, it is $692,000. Healthcorp income is 165,000 plus some others.

"Anyone who expects glowing financials is living in a dream world." Aint that the truth! There certainly is no pie-in-the-sky hype in those numbers. I think they are being overly cautious, but that's just my opinion. I also agree with you that the real story is a long-term one with this company, as I've been saying for a very long time. I see a buying opportunity coming up between now and the pending registration, which should have a financial statement in it instead of the pro forma they released today.
