Both companies are involved in providing DBS service to MDUs as system operators for dbs providers. I have not seen any subscriber numbers from FTRK and by the look of things they have few if any. MDTV has over 12,000 subscribers all paying their monthly fees. They also have approximately 28,000 more suites to wire. These types of subscribers are being valued at $2,000 or more each so we can start to substantiate a value. Without subscriber numbers from FTRK it is hard to substantiate any value on that part of their business.
