All I know is that a paper has been submitted. Because of that, the study itself is not yet public but has been seen by at least one academician (Dr. Sediaman, an ENT from Henry Ford Hosp/Wayne State )who made a public comment on it on Detroit TV. That is on the web somewhere still and can be found by doing a dogpile search (www.dogpile.com) on Zicam. If you can't find it, PM me and I will search for it at the end of the day.

I do know for a fact that the paper was submitted a few months ago and that is all that is public info. I think if it had been rejected, I would think that the company would be obligated to tell us, but the NEJM process can take months. For this reason, I think it is a good sign because they reject things right and left rather quickly. My opinion about this status is conjecture on my part since shareholders are "not in the loop", for good reasons, but I do know very well how the NEJM and other journals work.
