Correction- VPHM has now traded over 20. I recommend shorting VPHM in increments at any price over 20. Or, as Bill likes to say, I'M POUNDING MY FIST ON THE TABLE!!!!

Now we get to the crux of the issue.

I tend to think that any topic well discussed on SI is well known all over the Street but that is just an article of faith with me.

An NEJM endorsement would go a long way to convincing me (who is not convinced yet).
