2) Attempts by competitors to mimic the model.
3) Pre-Y2K replacement buying
4) Scalable enterprise computing
5) UNIX offerings
6) Asian and European market positioning and subsequent recoveries
7) DellAuction and Gigabuys (I've seen some "sharp pencil" pricing at Gigabuys.)
8) This nagging, gnawing feeling that Dell is about to become a hybrid computer/internet stock.
