Lance, thanks for your compliment.

I think Belkin is concerned that WIND is losing some existing-customer revenue under the new pricing model. Ideally WIND would like to recoup this by selling new additional seats to those existing customers. "Look, you already have that money dedicated to WIND in your budget. Why not pick up a few extra Tornado seats before the bean-counters reallocate it?..."
