DOn Hayes put this out a little early... <<With the PPI down this morning, the bond bulls have come out of hibernation. Of course, bulls don't hibernate, but two days ago they were bears. The "bottoming" formation that we mentioned last week was completed Friday and yesterday with gusto. This positive inflation report should continue that bullish process, converting the bears. And that is a lot of converting, since bullish sentiment in the bond market has been as low as it ever gets during these weeks with the Federal Reserve jawboning. >> so, it looks like everyone agrees.. time for bonds to melt-up
