Gilder conference... Have any of you called Steve Sprague's office? I did, and his assistant [he wasn't in] told me that he was in Memphis, speaking at the Gilder conference [we can safely assume he's not talking about women's soccer], and that he was scheduled to speak tomorrow. I have tried to reach Dave Collins, but I missed him. I've left him a voice mail saying that I have confirmed S Spragues atendance at the Memphis conference, and that I would like a copy of the text of the speech. I suggest you all do. J&C number is (212) 835-8500. Think about this folks. The president of what could rightfully be called a startup company is presenting his company's "disruptive technology" in front of IT professionals that will not be throwing softball questions. Especially since Wave will be disrupting some of them. Further, for George Guilder to risk the chance of being seen as having a conflict of interest tells me that there is enough in place for him to justify having Wave there. This is extremely big news. Please, call J&C to push for text of the speech. Tony
