In other words as long as a MM is willing to start trading the stock again on the 21st, it will resume trading.

Jimmy has to do nothing but to persuade a MM to back the stock.

He will not even have to talk to the sec. This is not a good thing,
as the company has to prove nothing to the share holders.

You are saying that although the SEC is the one who halted DGIV, it can resume trading without the SEC allowing it?? Ok, that figures...SINCE IT MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER!!!

Last time a stock of mine "resumed" trading (without "warning"), I had gone out of town the day before and was unprepared for what I found when I returned. It would be nice if someone would let us know if they ARE gonna resume on the 21st. I'm not selling. Who knows? Might even buy, but it sure would be nice to be prepared (mentally fortified).

Next Wednesday (the 21st) is THE only day I will be home next week. Possibly a couple hours on Thursday morning. Sure would be nice to know what's gonna be happening while I am gone. (Sounds like a broken record..."Sure would like to know what's going on"..."sure would like to know what's going on"...etc)

I suppose everyone needs to have their "ducks in a row" as to what they are willing to do or not do, just in case it does resume Wednesday.

Thanks for the comments J. I think your "concerns" could possibly turn into your worst imaginations, but then, who knows??? I just know if there is someone sitting there when it resumes, wanting to catch my shares cheap, they have a wait coming. HUMPH!

I would share you concern if what you stated is the case, but I'm pretty sure that the market maker would have to file the results of his financial dd to the SEC, and, I believe (although this may have been something the SEC was proposing as a new regulation), the mm has to make these financials available to any investor who asks for it. I'm gonna check my notes and get back to you on that one.

Say What?

The SEC has the final say when and whether or not the stock trades again. The market makers dont figure into the actual decision at this juncture.
