Ken, I've been watching the big oils closely over the last ten sessions or so.. They look to be in a sideway consolidation mode currently based upon chart patterns and volume...

Last night I recieved a T. Rowe Price Monthly Newletter. They recommended a series of small/mid-cap stocks. Included were RIG (too late!), Santa Fe Drilling and FLC as their best picks.....

La Nina lingering through winter

For the Pacific Northwest, that means wetter-than-normal conditions. Along the southern tier, states typically experience drier, warmer conditions. And years with a La Nina usually have more Atlantic hurricanes than normal.
