K.L. Judging from the volume in TEXP over the last couple of weeks I would think that the majority of shares are already placed. Confirmation can probably be obtained from IR. But if you go back over the last two weeks, I think you'll see nearly 3 million of large blocks going across. Perhaps there's another million to go. Just based on my observation.
