I read in the O.C Register the CFO exercized 5000 options @$12. Sold same day for $99. Nice Payday.

No.... I think they just understand how to rationally value a company and got out at what they thought was a superb level. Who'd a thunk there would be so many more "greater fool theory" subscribers in the world?
