David, Sat in on a conference call for another little internet company......They reversed merged into an existing "shell" of a OTC BB stock....several weeks ago. Private to Fully Reporting in one day. The shell had no assets..and I mean ziltch......but was a reporting company......and it did work......Boom......trading away. Based on the shareprice today......they paid over $10 million in stock for the "shell" Yes.....over $10,000,000......Holy smokes. I guess that's what it's now worth to avoid or bypass the process ANYI is going through right now. I give them (ANYI) a bunch of credit.....they are doing it the right way. bg
