PC, Your thoughts on Intel?
One area where I don't see a lot of discussion is the impact of Intel's capacity expansion. According to the CC, all fab's will soon be at 0.18 micron. (I also believe they're going to larger wafers).
While this certainly lowers the COG at the device level, doesn't it imply greater un- utilized capacity? (I assume there are fixed costs regardless of utilization).
What impact would that have on the business?
