First they say "DGIV show me the contracts, agreements etc" and then they spend 60% to 70% of the words warning MM's on trading DGIV unless etc etc. This I find curious... I come from a country where public authority is, by definition, laughable. I, among many in this part of the world, look up to USA institutions such as the Fed or the SEC as serious institutions. So, really, I don't quite know what to make of it. Yesterday I charted the money flow and, if I got it right, the net inflow into DGIV shares for the last eight trading days was a total of aprox. $ 2MM, not really a relevant amount of money although higher than usual. So, really, again, I don't quite know what to make of it.
