I heard a rumor late in the trading day today, that if true would not be a plus for S3. The RUMOR and thats all it is, was there was another suitor for DIMD. From what I heard it was one of S3's competitors. Not that they(the competitor) expect that they could buy DIMD out from under S3, but rather to put an offer on the table so S3 would have to match it and make it more expensive to S3, or least put a bump in the road. I think the whole thing is bullsh--.
