Thanks. The mystery of which regulatory agencies get a crack at reviewing proposals still has me stumped. Since both aflx and invx are in same niche I would have guessed that FTC would be in picture, but not so. Since your style is good return at low risk look at phbuf options. Sept 30 puts still at about 9/16 or 5/8. Can't believe that dd will let phb get away. For stock to drop from 40 to 30 in short time period after completion seems unlikely since 45% is cash.
