Let's hope so. Question about how NTOP will affect IDTC book value.

Let us say that NTOP maintains a stock price of 30 (which I think is conservative but perhaps fair).

That would lead to a market cap of roughly 1.4B. If IDTC retains 60% ownership, would that then add 60% of 1.4B or about 840M to IDTC's book value, since that would clearly be the asset value of IDTC's ownership of NTOP? If so, that would be an additional $23.3 BV added to the existing BV of $10.80. Does anyone know if it works that way?
