I have a bottle of excedrin that I got in 1998, I think there were 14, in it I took about 6 and now they expired. I usually throw out medication I believe in doing what you love, so you don't get stressed out. When I worked in graphic arts I suffered bouts of nausea, frequent headaches, caught the flu, hot flashes during board meetings, fevers. But my tennis game was strong.. now I don't have any colds, fevers, headaches, hot flashes, no more flu. I have things I could improve on, namely sleep a little more track a few less stocks, but I have a handle on about 200 and I feel comfortable. I don't get enough exercise, but I'm looking for a personal trainer (even tennis buddy 'on call') to address those problems... My biggest problem now is a pending 'Market Gems Publicity Campaign complete with manual, software disks and publicity that I don't relish and wish I could just ignore and I have put off for over 3 months now.

I do have one problem however that I have to address.. I can't really sit at the computer terminal for 18 hours any longer it effects my sports in that I'm so tight I get injured. My friends trade about 30 times a day and they get headaches. I do get a little nervous and that is usually in the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of trading, trying to get out of losing positions. I tend to get 'short' with friends who don't 'understand' my obsession with the market and I have to work on my tolerance and 'people skills' .. Otherwise I'm pretty well-balanced, happy, healthy and my only real wish is that my son come literally out of the clouds and land a 'normal' job on the ground or at least eventually with a commercial company.
