jd, I'm not so sure it will be that hard. I am happy with 95, that's what I was looking for at a minimum, and I have conservatively traded my options based on this target. For me, anything north of here is a true gift. I like making money, but I am not greedy -- the Market has taught me a few lessons over the years.

Having said that <ggg>, I think MSFT will go higher from here. If the volume shows up, which I am starting to think just might happen, this puppy will sprout wings and fly!!! The strength in the tech sector is about to fire on all cylinders:

1) y2k concerns getting dismissed
2) tech earnings in general are way above estimates
3) Inflation is non-existent
4) MSFT is about to blow the doors off the family wagoneer!!!!

Holding my breadth,
Teflon

John, I am puzzled by your post 26035 regarding Friday's price ranges. In essence, why (unless China ...) wouldn't msft's price exceed 95 by then? Are you implying it may a) retreat now, then come back to near 95 on Friday; b) move over 95 to-morrow and pull back on Friday; if so, a matter of resistance? a matter of option day? any other reasons?

Thanks for your answer; by the way any answer from others (hi Teflon!) ... welcome. "Where I am coming from with my question" relates to July options. I have been following this forum with interest for quite some time, with no real participation, as my interest is with Safeguard Scientifics.
