Yes, it is a RIC under Subchapter M. If you haven't received a statement of income from WCAP, that may be because, until now, WCAP has no realized capital gains. Hmmm . . ., makes you wonder doesn't it? As to the CEO's confirmation, may I suggest you examine the following:

I may have misspoke when I said that WCAP has no realized capital gains. What I should have said is that its paltry realized capital gains are less than its net investment losses. My guess is that, for tax purposes, WCAP's net investment losses offset its realized capital gains.
