IMO Digitcom has to show the contracts (do you think that the SEC has to sign a non-disclosure agreement? <gg>, just joking) and has to do filings, both in parallel and both on the double....

Well, what one person may view as a "sticking point," another might view as a request for valid financial information. I would not want a company to be allowed to trade if they submitted some handwritten financial projections on the back of an envelope. This is for our protection. But of course, we don't even know if the CEO has returned to the US, do we?
