"Would be nice if the SEC could just put out a pr with a "warning" to investors, etc
about "doing your own research" without halting a stock, and then they could list the
reasons for the warning. " With all due respects, dear, it seems to me that is exactly what they did. How else would they reach all the investors at once? Surely, every investor could not have helped but notice that there investment was no longer liquid and read the notice. Hmm, now maybe this is very good for us. Maybe after this "alert" period of 10 business days, DGIV files the papers with mms and we're off again. Ya know what....I hope not. I hope the SEC forces DGIV to product the contracts that they have been declaring are a done deal...yes, maybe with a "non-disclosure." Then the SEC can affirm that the statements have been backed up by documents, and we move on. Isn't that what we would all want? Otherwise, it's back to "business as usual." If they have the contracts, we want to know, and if they don't, we might as well find out now as later.
