Don't know much about EDGR, but PASA looks solid, and imo, has a good chance of rolling. The hispanic sector has always been a tough sell in the business world, but I've heard so much about businesses wooing this sector all year(as well as China) that it's bound to catch fire at some point imo. Looks like this is the year of the Taco and the Dragon....say wasn't there a movie about that last year? How prophetic. :))
