The last time JDS issued treasury stock is created a ceiling for the stock that lasted several months. This time several hours. Perhaps it might have been more efficient to have the Fidelity Mutuals write a check for the entire 10 million shares and be done with it. One can only guess what will be done with the proceeds of this offering. Now lets see who do we want to buy .... Kevin now has some play money to use.
