Mike,

I would like to know your long term (2-5 yr) thoughts on C-Cube Microsystems (CUBE).

Basically, they have all sorts of chips for digital compression (DVD, VideoCD, etc.), and their Divicom unit makes MPEG-2 encoders and things of that sort. Over the last 3 yrs., they have had a rough going... up all the way to 70, then they came crashing down do 13... this week, it appears they finally broke out from significant resistance at $35 and to me things are looking better.

I would appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks

John

Tim, Doesn't matter. Intel was a virtual monopoly when its recent down cycle (in eps and revenues, not record stock price) started. The simply fact, its market is commoditized. Growth is past tense. Stock is priced like it is a huge grower, despite all the evidence to the contrary. And K7 is about to eat their lunch. I hope. <g>
