20-50 is a bit much. I'd be happy with upper teens in the near term. later perhaps.

Look at ASTSF, the direct competitor of Amkor in independent chip packaging and testing business but with

About 1/3 of the size and capacity
About 1/3 of the revenue and market share
With less advanced technology
Loaded with low margin products
A foreign concern in Taiwan

ASTSF's PE (Year 99) ration is about 36 vs. AMKR's 19.

On the other hand, SLR -- the largest electronics assembly company -- has a PE (Year 99) value 73 and Debt/Equity 0.88, while AMKR's PE and Debt/Equity are only 19 and 0.43.

Conclusion; AMKR will probably not stay at the level 12-14 long.
