The only positive I see is the memory group (what else is included other than flash?) went up 31% over last Q to 166M.

AMD's R&D alone was 167M, up 7M from last Q.

If you take out the memory group of AMD, you get a clearer picture of how ugly things currently are at AMD.

AMD's ASP went down from $78 to $67, a 14% drop.

According to Ashok Kumar's estimate, Intel's ASP dropped from $218 to $195, a 10.5% drop.
