"I guess it just feels like a double whammy." I don't know what to tell you about this situation -- I was just passing on what I know of the SEC and how they can be a slow moving government agency. Interestingly enough, I read a US Senate report on microcap stock fraud about a year ago, and the impression that I got from it was that the state securities regulators moved a lot faster than the SEC, if they get involved in a case. Anyway, good luck with this situation. Now, I might try and scan through the SI threads I missed while I was gone. Perhaps, perhaps not... It's summer time and there are better things to do with one's time!
