Mary:China.com has raised $42 mil through private placements before the offering, now that coupled with the money raised through the IPO will go a long way towards further aggressive expansion of the company. I am thinking strategic acquisitions and joint ventures.

'Me: 4. China.com has a lot of money - besides the money they made on
the IPO - they have raised quite a bit of money before the IPO
and I suspect they have plans to raise a lot more money
subsequent to the IPO - only now they have quite a bit more
credibility.'

MC,

I can not be bothered to respond to you point by point, as frankly I am getting bored with the discussion. Just a coupl eof points.

I believe that I am fully aware of how to look at company valuations, but nevertheless thank you very much for your explanation. I see the value in the AOLs, RNWKs and CSCOs of the world. My entire point is that I DON'T see the future revenues of CHINA that would justify the value here.

Further I was not aware that AOL invested or committed US$250 million in these guys? News to me. Thought they put in 25 mm for 10% and an additional option on 15%.

regards,

eC
