opey, this is good news. After a forensic audit and catching up on ALL SEC filings, CVIA is squeaky clean. This could easily be a slam dunk worth around $3M... ragingbull.com btw - thanks to FARRIS for first posting the case number

Now I dont know where or how you guys found this info I guess public records and I am not trying to hide you guys, but it is easy to get worked up and really steamed up over... guess what I am trying to say is... this is a matter for the courts and I cannot really comment on it, for numerous reasons, so you know it is there... now just let it play out.
