I think it was possibly more than that. The price stayed below $1.00 longer than it would have taken for automatic buys to be executed. Thursdays have historically been a news day for OSFT. My feeling after seeing the price go below $1.00 and then finish up for the day is that the MM's tried to shake more shares loose earlier in the day, then possibly, and I say possibly, people who know something came in to buy later in the day. Again, this is just my speculation and we shall see today if my intuition is correct.
