HB, Now that is a bunch of BS... none of the old rules seem to apply... heck, THAT is what they were saying about 6%! If the SCY ratio can go from a historical low of .94 down to ANOTHER historical low of .82 which is a drop of 15%... then your old 6% can go to 7% or higher without fazing the markets... I just don't believe it but remember, this is a new era and the old rules don't apply. "Not THIS time..." seems to be the operative phrase! bill
