Wal-Mart To Pay $6.4M to Hilfiger "In 1996, Wal-Mart agreed to a permanent injunction against knowingly or intentionally infringing on Tommy Hilfiger's trademarks. But last fall, a federal judge held Wal-Mart in contempt of court for continuing to sell counterfeit Tommy Hilfiger clothes." Mark, I suppose I am a skeptic but I doubt Walmart was not aware they were counterfeit. This is very bad business. Business ethics are becoming an oxymoron (sp). This makes me sad. Glenn
